Aleksandr Boltachev, Sales

My career at P&G started with an internship in the sales department in Nizhny Novgorod, which led to a full-time position as a territory account manager in Izhevsk. Nine months later, I was promoted and moved to Naberezhnye Chelny where I now run the P&G business in a regional chain of stores. 

From the beginning of my career here, I worked only on real business projects. For example, I recently completed the analysis of advertising channels, identifying inefficient ones and excluding them from the marketing plan. Consequently, I saved about $30,000 per year, which we plan to invest in new advertising projects that will maximize ROI.

So far in my career here, I’ve worked in three cities with three different teams. I quickly realized that people are the company’s greatest asset. All my colleagues have strong leadership skills and specialized knowledge learned from regular corporate trainings. I like to work in a strong team under the guidance of professional and inspiring managers. As long as I’m at P&G, I know I’ll always be surrounded by people who share my values and philosophy, and challenge me to learn and grow every day.
