HR Talent Acquisition Intern
This internship opens the door for you to an exciting and meaningful HR career in one of the best global FMCG companies! The internship is closely related to P&G Talent Acquisition efforts. In particular, your projects will have a focus on Employer Branding and Attraction initiatives.
Employer Branding at P&G focuses on promoting the company as the employer of choice among our target audience. In a world that constantly changes, HR teams are under pressure to navigate among new generations and techniques. Your role will be to come up with solutions that will bring our existing Employer Branding strategy to the next level, making sure it is still relevant, distinctive, and aspirational.
During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.
You will be expected to:
Come up with a widespread (vs campus-specific) learning & development and/or career-oriented initiative to boost Consideration among university students. You will need to get acquainted with P&G Attraction & Sourcing data, analyze prime prospects’ needs and behavior, study the best market practices in the area of Employer Branding.
Assess the effectiveness of P&G’s current social media strategy in Eastern Europe and identify potential improvement areas. Analyze market trends, target audience behavior in social media as well as the best practices of competitors.
Make a national round of P&G CEO Challenge global case competition a success despite a fully virtual delivery format. Customize the generic European agenda to meet local market needs, engage and brief all the required stakeholders, such as mentors, juries, master class presenters, etc.
Hold a ‘1-Day Job Offer’ event for commercial functions resulting in the forecasted number of hires. You will need to cooperate with HR Business Partners to determine the volume of hiring needs, talent profiles and with an Employer Branding agency to hold a superior marketing campaign generating a sufficient number of applications.
Assess the usefulness of the P&G local onboarding program for new hires and suggest improvements. You will need to get acquainted with the existing structure and content of the onboarding program, collect feedback from participants, and study what is available in other markets.
Compensation & benefits
Monthly salary 80 000 RUB gross
Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance (5 000 RUB gross)

3+ year students and up to 2 years since graduation
Passion for working with students and fresh graduates
Experience in participating in local and/or international student organizations (e.g., AIESEC) will be an advantage
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
