Personal (Consumer, OTC) Health Care Assistant Brand Manager - Moscow
- Responsible for the category/ brand portfolio management.
- Recommend winning brand building plans based on superior consumer insights for both the base business and initiatives.
- Develop/ drive superior category/ brand strategy for the region (portfolio, pricing & promotion, communication strategy, etc.).
- Recommend investment decisions across categories/ brands/ markets/ clusters as well as competitive response plans.
- Create winning regional/ commercial innovation and brand consumer plans. Master understanding of the key brand competitors.
- Recommend business model evolution.
- Provide toolbox for Category Scale Programs if relevant to category/ brands.

If you are a good fit, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in Pharma brand management/ marketing in international companies. Working with brand strategy & innovation. Creating and/or leading adaptation of brand advertising (above-the-line, digital, OOH, in-store).
- Experience of brand innovation launches at different trade channels. Preparing POSM materials, detailing, promotions in store, understanding retail trade structure and ways to execute brand innovation in store.
- Business English is a MUST.
