Technology Leader (Engineer) - Blademaking
P&G Gillette Plant, located in Saint Petersburg, produces double edge blades (7 O’clock, Astra, Sputnik), disposable razors (Blue 2, Gillette 2, Permatik) and packages system razors and blades (Gillette Fusion, Mach3, Venus).

As a Technology Leader on our plant, you will be responsible for:
continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment
user documentation/standards’ development and maintenance
technical and cost reduction projects
development of spare parts' drawings in accordance with the requirements (ЕСКД) and spare parts purchasing
maintenance and repair budget ownership and equipment-related cost reduction
maintenance strategy development and deployment, breakdown analysis, and reduction
delivery of technical training for employees to strengthen team capability
technical benchmarking with other P&G sites and standard methodology reapplication
capital projects’ leadership and new initiatives startup
Compensation & benefits
Monthly salary 115 000 rubles gross

Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering degree is preferable)
Work experience as an Engineer for at least 3 years
Advanced MS Office and overall PC skills
Experience with user documentation development
Pneumatic knowledge is desirable
Hardening process/technology experience is desirable
Willingness to learn and teach others new technologies and work processes
Experience with CAD (Компас-3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Project management skills
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
