I started out as a financial analyst on Pampers production at Novomoskovsk plant, the biggest diaper producer in the country and within a year, I became responsible for Gillette production, too. In my first role, I was responsible for multimillion-dollar media campaigns, including a high-profile campaign during the World Cup 2018. To succeed, I had to quickly gain in-depth media expertise and onboardings with my manager, colleagues, and even experts from media agencies helped me build the knowledge I needed. The result of this? We delivered $1.7 million extra earnings for P&G and I learned enough to take on a new, bigger position within the brand team.
